1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Unopened Products Only

    • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any supplements that have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with. All returned items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase

    • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required to process any return.
  3. U.S. Shipments Only

    • This Return Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. If you placed an order from outside the U.S., please contact us at contact@inherentpoise.com or call +1 (213) 335-3133 for assistance with your specific situation.

2. Return Window

  • You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization.

3. Restocking Fee

  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping for items that meet the eligibility criteria and are returned within the 30-day window.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the product back to us.
  • If you use your own shipping method instead of the prepaid label, you will be responsible for any shipping costs, and we cannot reimburse those costs.

5. Refunds and Processing

  1. Inspection

    • Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet the return criteria (unopened, in original packaging).
    • If the item(s) fail to meet these criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
  2. Refund Timeline

    • After the inspection is complete, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the 10% restocking fee.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
  • We may request photos or additional information to validate the damage or defect.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional expense.

  2. Receive Return Authorization

    • We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the Items

    • Securely pack the items in their original packaging.
    • Affix the prepaid shipping label (if provided) to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier.

8. Exceptions and Additional Notes

  • Opened Supplements
    • In compliance with health and safety guidelines, opened or used supplements are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refusal of Delivery
    • If you refuse a delivery without prior approval, the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
  • Policy Amendments
    • InherentPoise reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
